Sie schmecken seidige Milchschokolade, reichhaltiges Karamell und süße rote Trauben von Bohnen, die wir aus der gesamten Region beziehen.

Angebaut wird er von einer Auswahl spezialisierter, meist familiengeführter Bauern in Brasilien, El Salvador und Kolumbien und in kleinen Chargen in Brixton geröstet, um das unverwechselbare Aroma zu bewahren.
