The little clip keeps the folded bag ends pinched shut so tightly that my grounds stayed aromatic for over two weeks, and it’s small enough to tuck into the cupboard without taking up space. I love that it’s replacing all those single-use seals on the bag.
The clip grips the bag tightly enough that I don't have to worry about ground coffee going stale between brews, and it’s small enough to leave attached on the shelf. Since the bags don’t have seals anymore, this is exactly what I needed for everyday use.
I was skeptical a simple clip could make a difference, but my ground coffee has stayed noticeably fresher since I started using it on the bag. It grips the folded edge tightly enough that the bag stays closed even when I shove it to the back of the cupboard.
