دورة فن اللاتيه

I went in with zero barista experience and left actually pulling decent rosettas on my home machine. The hands-on practice time with real espresso equipment made the techniques click in a way videos never could.

The instructor broke everything down step by step, and by the end I was actually pouring a decent rosetta instead of a blobby heart. My home brews have never looked this good, and the hands-on practice time really made the techniques stick.

I was nervous about wasting milk at home, but the class’s focus on home brewing setup made everything click. Now my cappuccinos actually have a rosetta on top instead of a blob. The hands-on time felt endless in the best way.
