The bag arrived yesterday and I already burned through half of it — that small-batch roast gives it a depth that’s been missing from my usual supermarket beans. Even the grinder smells amazing now, and my morning espresso has never pulled this smooth.
The small-batch roasting really comes through in the cup—every bag tastes freshly roasted from the first scoop to the last. I’ve burned through cafés’ drip coffee for years, but this whole bean has made my home setup feel like a proper bar instead. It’s become part of my Sunday ritual.
First bag lasted me just over two weeks of daily pour-overs, and the beans stayed consistently oily and fragrant the whole time. The small-batch roast gives it a depth that's hard to find in grocery store coffee, even if you're not a connoisseur. I've already ordered another.
