Our Fazenda Mio coffee is a true testament to the rich and diverse flavours of Brazilian coffee. This single origin coffee is sourced from our esteemed coffee partners, Mio in Brazil.

Together with Mio and the Instituto do Espirito Santo, we have founded Sombra, an agroforestry and coffee farming system project that looks to eliminate mono crop culture in coffee farming across all of Brazil. Learn more about the Sombra Project here.

With delightful notes of stone fruit, nutmeg, cocoa and hazelnut each sip offers a smooth yet complex coffee experience. With its light body and delicate flavours, this coffee shines when drunk black - as a pour-over or cafetiere, which brings out it's soft nutty and spiced notes.

We recommend pairing with: Cherry pie & fresh cream

Did you previously enjoy the rich and smooth taste of our Sul De Minas coffee? If so, we recommend trying our brand new Fazenda Mio coffee.

We removed seals on our bags to reduce plastic in our packaging, to keep your coffee as fresh as possible you can use our convenient coffee clips or our stylish coffee tins.

Steven ★★★★★

The natural process really brings out that cocoa and nutmeg depth—I brewed it as a pour-over and the stone fruit sweetness came through clean without any bitterness. The medium-light roast is perfect for my morning cup, smooth and surprisingly rich for its strength level.

Benjamin ★★★★★

The stone fruit and hazelnut notes really come through in the cup, and the natural process keeps it bright without being acidic. I brewed it as a pour-over and the medium-light roast made for a smooth, cocoa-tinged finish that lasted nicely.

I’ve been brewing this as a pour-over and the stone fruit sweetness really comes through, balanced by that cocoa finish. The natural process gives it a clean, fruity body that’s perfect for my morning routine, and the light-medium roast keeps it bright without any bitterness.
