Big in flavour, Firehouse is a darker hand-roasted espresso blend that tastes rich and sweet like chocolate orange, complemented by cinnamon spice and fruity berries.

This blend is proudly named after our flagship roastery located in an original Victorian firehouse in Brixton.

Firehouse Blend is a full-bodied coffee with impeccable provenance. The coffee beans are grown by a selection of specialists, mostly family-run farmers in Brazil, Colombia and Tanzania.

Our version of a 'traditional' sweet syrupy espresso that delivers a smooth and satisfying start to your morning.

It's perfectly well balanced when drunk black and really comes to life when you add milk.

We recommend pairing with: A slice of fruit cake or a toasted tea cake.

Best brewing methods:

✔ Espresso machine: highlights sweetness and body

✔ Aeropress: for a smooth, rich cup

Benjamin ★★★★★

The dried orange note really comes through in the finish, and the milk chocolate sweetness balances it perfectly. I brewed it as a pour-over and the medium-dark roast gave it a rich, syrupy body without any bitterness. This is my new morning go-to.

Edward B. ★★★★★

The natural and washed process gives it a really layered cup—milk chocolate up front, then that forest fruit tang kicks in mid-sip. Medium-dark roast hits the sweet spot for me, strong enough for a morning kick but not bitter. Bought the whole bean version and it grinds beautifully for my pour-over.

The dried orange note really comes through in the finish, and the milk chocolate balances it out without being too sweet. I brew it in my pour-over and it holds up beautifully from first sip to last.
