✔ Drink flat whites / iced lattes

✔ Like sweet, creamy flavours

A standout finale to our ice-cream–inspired Summer specials, this coffee captures the indulgent, nostalgic flavours of Banoffee.

This unique composition combines a Colombian blend produced in Risaralda with a banana co-ferment from Quindio, balancing fruit acidity with caramelised sweetness.

The unique banana flavour comes from the co-ferment component. Bananas are added to the tanks whilst the cherries undergo a 72-hours fermentation process, infusing the coffee with creamy sweetness and tropical fruit complexity.

In the cup, it’s vibrant and balanced, with soft acidity and a rounded sweetness. Expect notes of ripe banana, smooth toffee, and cream for a truly dessert-like experience.

We recommend pairing with: A scoop of chocolate ice cream

Kevin S. ★★★★★

Brewed this as a flat white this morning and the toffee sweetness balanced the milk perfectly without needing any sugar. The banana note is subtle but there, and the medium roast keeps it smooth enough for an afternoon cup. Definitely a staple for my iced lattes now.

Christopher ★★★★★

This bag didn't last long in my house — the banana and toffee notes are genuinely there, not just a hint, and it makes an iced latte taste like dessert without any syrup. The medium roast keeps it smooth enough for my flat whites too, and the washed/honey process shows in that clean, creamy finish.

John ★★★★★

I’ve been pulling flat whites with this for a week now and the creamy toffee notes actually come through without needing any syrup. The medium roast handles milk beautifully, no bitterness at all. My iced lattes taste like a dessert but with a solid caffeine kick that doesn’t wreck my afternoon.
