Best if you:

✔ Drink filter coffee

✔ Like sweet fruity, nutty flavours

This coffee is sourced from a cooperative of smallholder farmers based in the small town of Santa Maria at the centre of the coffee-growing region of Tarrazu.

The cooperative was the first coffee processor in the world to be certified as carbon neutral, back in 2011. The majority of the farmland is also forest-protected, offering a haven for birdlife as well as wild boar.

As a honey-processed coffee, the cherries have been de-pulped but allowed to dry without being washed. This method leaves the stick mucilage (fruit pulp) around the bean, giving the coffee an almost honey-like flavour, with good clarity and a medium body.

This filter has all the sweetness you’d expect, with a milk chocolate body and juicy peach and almond notes. You’ll enjoy a bright and complex coffee with a truly silky mouthfeel.

We recommend pairing with: Honey granola

Best brewing methods:

✔ V60/pour over: brings out lighter, fruity notes

✔ Cafetiere: highlights sweetness and body

Lily J. ★★★★★

The honey process really comes through in the cup — there's this gentle sweetness that lingers with the peach notes, and it's smooth enough to drink black. I've been using it for my morning filter coffee and the balance is just right, not too acidic but still vibrant.

Adam ★★★★★

For a light-to-medium roast, the almond and peach notes are beautifully balanced but not overpowering—filter brew really lets them sing. Honey process gives it a silky mouthfeel that I didn’t expect at this roast level. This is my new morning go-to.

Richard V. ★★★★★

The honey process really shines through—there's this natural sweetness that pairs perfectly with the peach notes, and the almond finish keeps it from being too fruity. I’ve been brewing it as a filter coffee every morning and the medium-light roast gives it a nice, clean body without any bitterness.
