Enjoy a taste of British summertime with our seasonal blend, inspired by the classic Raspberry Ripple ice cream.

This unique composition combines a blend produced in Risaralda with a red-fruit co-ferment from Quindío, balancing intensity with sweet, juicy freshness that’s perfect for the season.

The signature berry flavour comes from the co ferment component. Producer Jairo Arcila at Santa Mónica farm uses a unique coffee fermentation process, where ripe red fruits and wine yeast are added in during the 72-hour fermentation stage. The coffee cherries are then pulped and dried on raised beds alongside fresh red fruits.

The result is a perfect balance of body and sweetness. You’ll taste bright raspberry and strawberry notes balanced with delicate vanilla sweetness.

Delicious hot or iced but try it as an affogato for the perfect summer dessert.

We recommend pairing with: A scoop of vanilla ice cream

Eva S. ★★★★★

Brewed a flat white this morning and the raspberry comes through just enough to make it interesting without stealing the show from the milk. The medium roast keeps it smooth, not bitter at all. It’s sweet and fruity in a way that actually works for an iced latte too.

Eva L. ★★★★★

The berry notes actually come through clearly even with milk, which is rare for fruity coffees. Made a flat white this morning and it tasted like a dessert without needing any syrup.

Brian ★★★★★

I brewed this up as an iced latte this morning and the vanilla softened the fruitiness just right—it’s sweet without being syrupy. Medium roast holds its own against the milk, which is exactly what I hoped for.
